Our platform is ISO27001 certified and our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is audited annualy by a recognised third party.

Reliability

Our platform is deployed on a proven container architecture using Kubernetes (EKS) on AWS. This allows us to rapidly scale a variety of complex AI and analytical workloads to peaks in global traffic, and establish in-region redudancy in our services to maximise availability.

Accessibility

We design all aspects of our user experience with accessibility in mind, down to the individual web components. We maintain a WCAG AA standard.

AI Safety

We have a long established governance program to minimise safety risks in the delivery of our AI research, including generative AI.
