Optimise learning for productivity
Individual productivity on tasks is the second of the two primary outputs of our methodology (with the first being Automation). It is your primary operational lever for achieving your strategic objectives.
To maximise productivity, you must ensure that learning experiences are optimised for the tasks required of your workforce. This includes reducing emphasis on learning related to tasks that can be automated, and increasing emphasis on learning related to tasks that cannot be automated.
Learning should be concentrated on the skills required for individuals to move along their strategic career pathway. In other words, that they are equipeed with the skills required for the tasks they are currently performing, and the tasks they will be performing in the future.
How we can help
Linking back to your detailed role design, we can help you eliminate learning that is not required for the tasks your workforce is performing, and ensure that the learning experiences that are provided are optimised for productivity. This can help you assess the relevance of your learning programs, and ensure that they are aligned with your strategic objectives.
